I’m originally from Omaha, NE, but my husband and I moved to Denver a week after I graduated college in 2015, so I like to think I did all of my actual growing up in Colorado. I was a competitive runner for most of my life, but nowadays my three dogs are what motivate me to keep lacing up my shoes to hit the trails! I love the balance and challenge that both Fierce and running bring to my life. I’ve been coaching at Fierce since April of 2025 and my fave move on the FierceFormer®️ is either a floor plank to pike (I love the instant core burn the second my hands hit the floor) or really any upper body move! I love sunshine so much I’m almost certain I might be part lizard, in the warmer months you can catch me cruising in my 1975 Mercedes 450SL convertible!
