The Classic is our 45-minute signature format, offering a balanced full-body workout on our custom reformer. Expect targeted training for core, obliques, and every major muscle group. Accessible to all levels.

the uplevel

This advanced 45-minute full-body reformer class builds on our Classic format with heavier resistance, quicker transitions, and more complex movement patterns. Designed to elevate intensity, increase metabolic rate, and maximize challenge. Heavier springs will be used for most lower-body and upper-body movements, and hand weights will be incorporated throughout classBest for experienced clients who are ready to level up their practice.  

HIIT + core

A dynamic 45-minute class split into two parts. The first half of class is primarily off-reformer, HIIT-style cardio (tennis shoes recommended) with props such as hand weights, bands, blocks, and Pilates balls. The second half moves onto the reformer for concentrated core and oblique work (sticky socks required). Recommended for clients who have experience with our Classic format.
