Sara Zitnik
I grew up in Minnesota but moved from Kansas City to Denver in March 2024. I love being active in classes and outdoors just as much as being a couch potato with my 165-lb lap dog, Reggie! I have been coaching since April 2025. My favorite move is either a side kneeling carriage press because it always makes me shake or a classic plank to pike variation to feel the burn throughout my core! A fun fact about myself is that I majored in Spanish in college!
