I moved to Colorado in 1990 and have lived here longer than anywhere else. I love spending time with my husband and our families, traveling, and connecting with the amazing Fierce community! I am a new Fierce coach but not new to Fierce! I have been a member since 2016 after many years in the CrossFit community. My favorite move on the FierceFormer is a back flying tabletop because I immediately feel my core light up. I am a retired 20-year cheerleading coach who travels around the country now to judge cheerleading competitions. I love being on the other side of the mat!
