I am a Colorado native! Raised in the 🏔️ living in the 🏙️ If I’m not at Fierce, I’m eating with my husband and dog. And when I’m tired of them, I’m eating and drinking wine with the girls. I also LOVE being an auntie to any little that you hand me. I have been coaching since May 2026, and my favorite move RIGHT NOW is glider. It is one of those moves that the first time I did it, I was like, no, body, don’t do this. And now that I have it down, I feel so strong and accomplished! I will always take an overcast day over the sunshine. I am a firm believer that any temp over 70° is not for humans.
