I am from Cincinnati, OH, and moved to Denver in 2018! I have a 2-year-old daughter and a 7-year-old Bernese Mountain Dog. I love hanging out with my family, snowboarding, hiking, reading, and Pilates of course (: I have been a coach since October 2024. My favorite move is a platform lunge because even though it’s a basic move, it gets me every time! I have been to over 100 Bengals games in my lifetime! Who Dey!
