I’m an Upstate New York native (go Bills!) who recently moved to Colorado this past summer. By day, I’m a 1st grade teacher, and by night, I’m a lacrosse coach! I love staying busy, so when I’m not working, you can usually find me working out at Fierce45, baking or cooking, and spending time with friends. I just finished up training, so I am brand new to coaching at Fierce. My favorite move on the FierceFormer is Glider (maybe an unpopular opinion) because I feel so strong when I tap all the way down to the platform… even if it’s only for 2 reps. Even though I barely have any free time, I am obsessed with baking anything sourdough! My starter is basically the only child I am responsible for.
