I was born and raised in Colorado and recently graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder, truly the best four years. After graduating, I couldn’t imagine finding the same kind of community and connection I had in college—until I found Fierce. I’ve always been very go-go-go and naturally drawn to movement, but from the moment I took my very first Fierce class, I fell in love. Fierce quickly became my happy place—a space that challenges me, grounds me, and fills me with energy, strength, and purpose. I’ve been coaching at Fierce since May 2025, and my favorite move on the FierceFormer® is back alternating plank to tabletop—truly makes you feel strong in all the best ways! A fun fact about me: My mom has seven sisters, and we’ve all lived within a five-mile radius my entire life. It’s a constant revolving door of absolute chaos— but I wouldn’t trade it for the world!
