As a Colorado native, I love spending time outside (specifically in the sunshine!). My world revolves around my family and two adorable kids, Ledger and Lucy. When I’m not with them, you can find me at the studio getting in some shakes! I have been a coach since September 2023, and a client since February 2019. My favorite move on the FierceFormer® is Corkscrew off the back. Give me all the oblique moves! Something you may not know about me is that I used to be a synchronized swimmer!
