Frances Burke-Bevis

I grew up on the East Coast but have been in Colorado for 11 years now, and I went to college up north at CSU—go Rams! When I’m not at Fierce, you’ll find me road-tripping and exploring Colorado, camping, and enjoying time with friends 🙂 I’m super new to coaching—just started my training right before Thanksgiving! But I’ve been totally hooked on Fierce45 since late 2023 when I kicked off my fitness journey. My favorite move? Anything with a pike, especially when it’s off the back pegs with a tabletop thrown in! I’m a huge animal lover, and my dream is to have a big piece of land where I can have as many dogs as I’m allowed, along with other animals, of course, all living their happiest lives—plus, I’d love to have a beautiful garden, too!
