I lead an HR Business Partner team by day, and lead clients at Fierce45 on nights and weekends! When I’m not working or at Fierce, I spend most of my time indulging in guilty pleasures like eating and drinking at Denver’s best restaurants and dive bars or watching Bravo and Love Island with my husband Eric and our two dogs, Koda and Scooter. I’ve been coaching at Fierce since March 2021. My favorite moves on the FierceFormer are any leg, core, or oblique moves with long black cables. There’s a 90% chance I’ll be teaching one in any given class. If I had to pick just one, it’s Seated Side Twist – nothing targets your back side oblique quite like it! A unique fact you may not know about me is, I haven’t finished a book in over a decade lol.
