a high-intensity, low-impact reformer pilates workout in 45-minutes. we created a method that allows people to work out in a way that will not injure or harm their bodies over time. fieremovement® combines slow, controlled movement with alignment and breath so that people can develop long-lean muscles without putting too much stress on their joints.

we have worked with a top vendor in order to design a one-of-a-kind pilates reformer from top to bottom. the fierceformer® is a resistance-based machine that utilizes springs of varying resistance, strategically placed cutouts for hand/wrist alignment, purposively placed straps throughout, and more.
