class cancellation policies
Late cancels – all classes (both paid & free) require a 10-hour (8-hour for full-price unlimited monthly members)cancellation notice.
If you cancel class within the 10-hour window (8-hour for full-price unlimited monthly members) that is considered a late-cancel and you will be charged a fee of $20. *reduced to $10 for full-price unlimited monthly members. **you will be charged in addition to losing your class.
No shows – if you fail to show up for a class you are signed up for, you will receive a $25 fee. This is reduced to $15 for full-price unlimited members.
Private sessions – require a 24-hour cancellation notice, or a $50 late cancel fee will be charged. No shows are charged in full.
Courtesy cancels – all members and class pack holders are eligible for 2 courtesy cancels per calendar year. These must be requested prior to the start of your class.
membership cancellations & holds
At Fierce45, we’re committed to making your fitness journey smooth and transparent. In accordance with the FTC “Click to Cancel” rule, we’ve made it easier than ever to manage your membership.
Cancellation Policy – all Fierce45 memberships have a 3-month minimum commitment, unless otherwise noted. After the 3-month commitment period, you may cancel your membership at any time with no penalty.
How to Cancel – you can cancel your membership through any of the following methods:
i.Online via your Fierce45 account – log in through the Fierce45 app or our website.
ii.Email: Send a cancellation request to your studio.
iii.Phone: Call your Studio to speak with a team member.
iv.In-Studio: Visit any Fierce45 studio and let our team know you’d like to cancel.
Once your cancellation is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email for your records. Please allow up to 3 business days for processing if you do not chose to cancel online.

Holds – you may place your membership on hold one time per calendar year – all membership suspensions will be capped at a 3 month maximum time allowance. After the 3 month term, your membership will be re-activated. Each additional hold will incur a fee of $30.
waitlist program
Registering for the waitlist is just like registering for a class. If your plans change, please remove yourself from the list.
You may be automatically added into class up to 1-hour before class. In the event this happens, you will be notified via email.
The no show and late cancel policies above apply if you are added to class from the waitlist.
return policy
Returns – apparel can be returned within 30 days unworn, with original tags attached for store credit only. This credit can only be used towards retail.
Exchanges – retail that is unworn, with original tags attached can be exchanged if inventory allows.
Classes & membership – not eligible for transfer, exchange, price adjustment, or refund. Existing members are not eligible for future pricing changes or sales on memerbships.
You may cancel your purchase of classes or membership, without penalty, within 3 days, exclusive of holidays and weekends, by e-mailing support@fierce45.Com. You will receive a full refund of your purchase, less the cost of any used classes.
class requirements
Grippy socks – are required for class. If you do not own a pair, we have them available for purchase.
New clients – if this is your first class with fierce45® you must arrive 15 minutes early as a rundown of our fierceformer machine and room is mandatory.
Fierce45® does not accept personal checks.
Coaches are subject to change without notice.
All clients must agree to all conditions in order to take any fierce45® class.
