    Eligibility:

    Are you legally eligible to work in the US?

    Are you at least 18 years of age?

    Are you currently CPR certified? (not required to apply but would will need to be completed upon hire)

    Have you completed an AED training? (not required to apply but would will need to be completed upon hire).

    Experience:

    Do you have fitness coaching/teaching experience? If so, what method and how long?

    Have you taken a reformer Pilates class and if so, where?

    List 3 words to describe your fitness classes?

    We expect coaches to teach a minimum of 7 classes per pay period including the availability to coach either early mornings or evenings, weekends, and holidays. Please list your current availability?
