I’ve taught group fitness since 2021 and started with indoor cycling! My husband and I were craving the mountains, so we made the move from Florida to Colorado in October 2020 and haven’t looked back. I’m a mom to an energetically fierce and curious toddler; you’ll most likely see us at all the parks and events in Douglas County! I have been coaching at Fierce since June 2026. My favorite Fierce move is a Sprinter because I feel super strong, and it has me shaking really good! My husband and I clean car seats, strollers, and high chairs as a business because it’s so satisfying and also helps us serve the community!
