I am a Colorado native, a recent Boulder grad, and I obviously love working out. In my free time, I go to a ton of EDM concerts and have traveled the world pretty extensively. I work in med tech, and Fierce is how I destress! I have been coaching at Fierce since June 2026, and my favorite move is a heavy squat. I love the burn through my outer glutes!
