We couldn’t be luckier to spotlight our Mt. Kisco Studio Manager, Natalia, this month on our 1 year anniversary. Natalia is a powerhouse!! She not only manages operations, but coordinates coaches, trainings, marketing, and community with her signature mix of warmth and honesty. She has created a welcoming environment and translated our Fierce culture to NY with perfection!

1. What has been your biggest accomplishment at the studio this past year?
- 🔥 Building a community that shows up, pushes past limits, and embraces the shake every single day. We’ve watched first-timers turn into powerhouses, and that transformation. That’s what Fierce is all about.
2. How has the studio and community grown over the last year?
- 💥 From that first Fierce class to now, the growth has been unreal. Our community is stronger, more connected, and more fired up than ever. We’re not just working out, we’re leveling up, together as one big Fierce family.
3. What are some of the best memories from the 1st year of the studio?
-  🖤 Some of the best memories? Hands down seeing our clients walk in for their very first class. That mix of nerves, excitement, and ‘what did I just sign up for?’ energy. Fast forward to now, and they’re holding planks like pros, conquering the Fierce-former with confidence, and inspiring others. Watching that growth has been the most rewarding part of year one. Every first shake, every milestone, it’s been unforgettable.
