I am a Michigander who’s been loving life in Colorado for the past 6 years. When I’m not teaching at Fierce, you can find me crafting at home, adventuring with my family, or photographing people all over this gorgeous state. I’ve been coaching at Fierce since November of 2019! My favorite move is a back carriage side plank because it strengthens and challenges you beyond the obliques! I used to train Marines! But I promise I’m much friendlier on the mic now 😉
