I’m a Colorado native! I have a 7-year-old and a 5-year-old that are always keeping me on my toes! We also have a plethora of pets from dogs to chickens and ducks to a tortoise and a hamster! I’m sooo grateful I have Fierce to keep my endurance up so I can keep up with my little family! I have been coaching at Fierce since early 2018. My favorite move on the FierceFormer is traditional bungee! I love the challenge of it and I LOVE a good glute and hamstring burner! Before switching to coaching full-time, I worked for almost 10 years in eye surgery. I have a ridiculous amount of knowledge about eyes!
