I moved to Colorado from Connecticut with my cat Topper. You can catch me in the mountains hiking and camping, dancing my heart out at an EDM show, and diving into tarot and energy work. I started coaching at Fierce45 in April of 2025. I have a background in dance and really enjoy motivating people! My favorite move is a heavy squat to get the outer glutes burning! I moved to CO because I love how healing mushrooms 🍄🟫 are being scientifically backed, so what better way to get in the field than moving in the middle of the movement!
