I am a Westchester native and 5th grade teacher! I love going on walks with my dog, Harley, by the Hudson River. I have just started coaching at Fierce after being a member for a year. My favorite move in the FierceFormer is kneeling crunch, because I feel my Fierce wrap immediately! A fun fact about me is that I can tap dance and will often do it without thinking when I’m nervous.
