Although I’m a Philadelphia native I’ve been living in California or Colorado since 2011, but we are here to stay in Colorado for good! I’m taking time off from being an Audiologist to spend more time with my family and immerse myself in all things Fierce45. I also enjoy live music, theater, gardening and spending time outside. I started coaching at Fierce in October 2025 and my favorite move on the FierceFormer is Well Lunge because I love working my hamstrings! Fun Fact: I have 5 sisters and 3 brothers. I’m the oldest!
