I moved to Colorado in 2018, but I have lived in Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Tampa, and recently graduated from the University of Alabama, Roll Tide! I’m an aspiring Physician Assistant, currently getting my master’s, working in dermatology, laughing with my family and friends, and getting stronger at Fierce! I have been coaching at Fierce since February of 2026. My favorite move on the FierceFormer® is floor plank to pike because it’s challenging and brings out my inner gymnast. I went skydiving in the Swiss Alps in summer 2024, and I will absolutely show you the video if you even look in my direction.
