I made the move from South Florida to Colorado in 2010 for college, and it’s been home ever since. When I’m not at Fierce45, you can usually find me trying a new restaurant around Denver. I started coaching at Fierce in March 2023, took a hiatus after having my daughter, and I’m so excited to be back on the mic! My favorite move on the FierceFormer® will always be some variation of sprinter/heavy platform lunge. Something people might not know about me is that in 2019 my husband and I put everything in storage and traveled the world for a year!
