I’m an Irvington, NY native who loves cheering on the NY Knicks 🧡💙 (Go New York, Go New York, Go!) 🧡💙, finding new restaurants and recipes to try, snuggling with my dog Nelly, enjoying anything spicy 🌶️🔥 (chips or margaritas…the spicier the better), and spending warm sunny days with friends and family because winter and I don’t get along. ☀️ I started coaching at Fierce45 in March 2026, and with my background as a boxing coach, my favorite move on the FierceFormer® is any upper-body move because I love challenging clients and watching them realize they’re stronger than they thought. My personal favorite upper-body move is Heavy Bicep Extension. I treat reality TV like a professional sport and can give full recaps, commentary, and predictions like I’m an ESPN analyst. 📺🤣
