  • This month we have double the reason to celebrate our fabulous coach, Lindsey Lee – she is our November Coach of the Month, and it is her birthday month! 🎉🥳🎂 Lindsey teaches such an intentional, badass class every time. Her sequencing is challenging, smart, and well-thought-out and she always has the best beats. We appreciate her and all the ways she has contributed to our community over the last 6+ years.

      Energetic, intentional, & relentless

    3. What is your favorite move on the machine?

      Any leg move really, but well lunge is my fave

    4. What is your favorite thing about the Fierce45 community?

      Everyone is so dedicated to this method and their physical & mental health. I see so many of the same people show up week-to-week, whether it’s at my class or I’m on the machine next to you. I always feel at home in a Fierce studio.

    5. Why do you love teaching at Fierce45?

      I love to torture people. Lol no, I just have a lot of fun teaching! I enjoy creating fluid, challenging sequences, and I love making class a really music-driven experience. Blasting house & techno at you while you endure a marathon of variations is my love language.

    6. Tell us a fun fact about you!

      I teach yoga too! In fact, I’ve been teaching yoga for about 11 years now. So maybe I have a softer side you don’t know about 😜 You can find me at Black Swan Yoga or check out my recorded classes on www.practicewithlindsey.com

    7. Besides Fierce45, what are 3 of your favorite things?

      Thrifting, my dog Nellie, and throwing parties in the desert.

  • Jackie truly models a Fierce Client! She is supportive of new coaches, will go to any studio and class time, and consistently shares her love of Fierce with others! She is such a joy in our community! We love seeing her name pop up on class rosters because we know she will come in ready to kick ass and do it with a smile! 

    1. How long have you been coming to Fierce45?

      I first started coming to Fierce in 2016 when I was living in Seattle and Denver and fell absolutely in love with the Fierce45 workout!

    2. Favorite move on the machine?

      My favorite move is a tie. 🤪 I love any and all planks but really love doing plank to pike on zero springs. It makes me feel like a Badass! I equally love all of the squats we do but heavy squats are my jam!! 

    3. How has Fierce made a positive impact on your life?

      I love the little Fierce community and it’s made such a huge impact on my life!! I went through a painful divorce after 28 years and believe Fierce was my therapy. ☺️ It started that I would devote that 45 minutes to just being positive and doing something for me, then it evolved into me coming out of the sadness and feeling better about myself and feeling the love all of you give at fierce. I have brought so many of my friends and family and watched it transform their bodies and minds as well! 

    4. Why do you choose Fierce over another workout?

      I chose Fierce over any other workout because it WORKS! I’m 55 and have never been in better shape!

    5. Tell us a fun fact about you!

      I’ve brought both my dog 🐶 Chesney and my Grandson 👶 Logan to pilates 👶 and I’ve done pilates in 10 other States but nothing compares to Fierce 45 💃🙌

  • On behalf of the Fierce management team, we would love to feature Katie and Beth as our Client Spotlight for October! We always look forward to having their energy in class and seeing what restaurants they are trying each week. We love the mother-daughter duo that they are and as their @fiercefoodfun Instagram bio states, they both sure do slay reformers!

    1. How long have you coming to Fierce45?

      Katie – 6 years! The first class was July 11, 2017 (552 classes strong!)

      Beth – We have been doing Fierce 45 classes for a little over 6 years, I will be hitting the 259 class mark next week

    2. What is your favorite move on the machine?

      Katie – Flying plank to pike

      Beth – My favorite move is the hip bridge, killer on the hamstrings

    3. How has Fierce made a positive impact on your life?

      Katie – Fierce has given my mom and me a place to come together once a week where we can work out and then catch up afterward at dinner. Not only am I physically stronger and more confident in doing hard things, but Fierce has made the bond between my Mom and me stronger which is priceless.

      Beth – Fierce has made many positive impacts on my life- I am so fortunate and blessed to spend time with Katie, I have met so many wonder people, and I have seen quite an improvement in my strength and general fitness level as well as improved balance which then crosses over to improve my biking stamina and my flexibility with my golf game

    4. Why do you choose Fierce over another workout?

      Katie – Because it achieves results. I am noticeably stronger, leaner, and feel better all around. 

      Beth – I choose Fierce as an adjunct to my other workouts because it targets so many muscles to increase strength and endurance.

    5. Tell us a fun fact about you!

      Katie – After our weekly Fierce workouts, my Mom and I have tried 228 different restaurants in the Denver area! 

      Beth – I recently retired from my nursing career which I was fortunate to practice for nearly 50 years!

  • From the entire Fierce45® management team, we want to celebrate Kayla Kimmel all month long by making her our September Coach of the Month! Kayla brings such an amazing 🎶 music 🎶 vibe to LoHi on Sundays and, in general, fills the studio with a positive, fun, and upbeat energy every time she teaches. She always steps up to help her fellow coaches and we are lucky to have her on our Fierce coaching staff.

      1.5 years!!  

    2. What are three words to describe your classes?

      BEATS, BOOTY, BUBBLY…  It’s not brunch but you’ll be ready to after 😂

    3. What is your favorite move on the machine?

      Lately I’ve been loving a carriage floating cable crunch BUT my time fave is 0 white springs carriage lateral lunge for that 🌶️ 🍑! 

    4. What is your favorite thing about the Fierce45 community?

      We show up, as we are, for ourselves and for each other –  knowing that while the goal is to build outer strength we inherently are also training inner strength which builds confidence on and off the machine. I’m inspired every day by our community that is built on this – we are just filled with the most strong, supportive, vibrant, and cheerful humans!! 

    5. Why do you love teaching at Fierce45?

      When I first started taking classes, I found myself back into my mind/body connection, which after years of trying so many workouts was a huge feat! For 45 minutes all I had to do was zone into my body, listen to the coach, and move to the music. I love that I get to guide and inspire others to get to that moment of “machine zen” – It’s just you, the machine, and the music. 

    6. Tell us a fun fact about you!

      I was a collegiate cheerleader at the University of Colorado during my freshman and sophomore years – I still love to cheer on my BUFFS! 💛🦬🖤

    7. Besides Fierce45®, what are 3 of your favorite things? 

      My pup Fran, adventures in my camper van, & mixing BEATs for friends & fam 

  • On behalf of the Fierce management team, we would love to feature Beth Raizman as our Client Spotlight for September! Beth has been the most loyal Fierce Hilltop client for the past couple of years and we enjoy having her in class. She always comes in with the best intentions and a positive attitude even when we have a routine full of planks (her favorite 😉). Beth always has the best transitions and is always a great model for the newbies at Hilltop. We love having her as part of our Hilltop community! 💗

    3. How has Fierce made a positive impact on your life?

    Fierce is so satisfying.  I can feel the various mechanisms in my body firing up and working together.  And it’s challenging AF!

    4. Why do you choose Fierce over another workout?

    I’ve suffered more bodily injuries and ailments than I can count.  When I’m doing Fierce, I don’t feel the perpetual pain nagging in my joints.  And Fierce enables me to enjoy the activities that are important to me, like skiing and keeping up with my two energetic boys.

    5. Tell us a fun fact about you!

    I am a consummate bookworm – I devour novels all day and night.  I often forego sleep because I cannot put down what I’m reading!

      Curtsy lunge. Humbles and challenges me every time. Makes me focus on the moment to keep my balance!

    3. HOW HAS FIERCE MADE A POSITIVE IMPACT ON YOUR LIFE?

      I used to lose weeks at a time staring at the ceiling after lower back re-injuries. Now I can do my favorite things – safely and more often than I could before 🏂🥾🚵‍♂️⛺️

    4. WHY DO YOU CHOOSE FIERCE OVER ANOTHER WORKOUT?

      Fierce reminds me of what I love the best about weight lifting, yoga and physical therapy – and yet it is totally unique. And the results are undeniable.

      If you run into me in Chicago – it’s probably not me – it’s my twin, Mike!

  • We are celebrating Grace as our July Coach of the Month! We are so grateful for all that you have brought to our team and can’t believe it’s been less than 6 months since you started!!!  Is there anything you can’t do?  World traveler, off-roader, backcountry skier, and you still manage to help your fellow coaches and sub classes when they are in need .  We are in awe of you!!!   Thank you so much for your passion and dedication.         • I have been proudly coaching for about 6 months! I started in March 2023. But it feels like it’s been so much longer because I’ve already coached almost 100 classes?!

        • Bright, High-Energy, Loud

      • What is your favorite move on the machine?

        • Back Twisted Saw (with hip lifts). I love feeling my obliques burn!

        • My favorite thing about the Fierce45 community is the unwavering kindness that resonates throughout. Every interaction, whether I’m walking into the studio as a coach or a client, leaves me feeling uplifted and my cup full. This community is a place where positive energy thrives 💖

      • Why do you love teaching at Fierce45?

        • I love coaching at Fierce45 because it’s all about personalization and empowerment. Before I started coaching, what made Fierce45 so special to me over other group fitness classes is the incredible array of variations, amps, and mods for every move. It’s like a personalized fitness journey for each client, tailored to what feels best in their unique bodies on any given day. I’ve really embraced that as a coach. I’m constantly encouraging clients to play around on the machine, helping them make the most out of the 45 minutes they’ve dedicated to themselves. My heart sings when I see clients exploring the possibilities and embracing the challenge – every small step towards progress is a celebration! The energy in the room is electric, and seeing clients grow and excel makes coaching an absolute joy.

      • Tell us a fun fact about you!

        • During a vacation in Turks & Caicos, I wake surfed with a wild dolphin. He jumped in the wave next to me and behind me. It was an unbelievable experience. The dolphin’s name is JoJo and he’s so beloved that he’s been designated a National Treasure. I have to make a trip back to try and see him again!

      • Besides Fierce45, what are 3 of your favorite things?

        • Traveling! I especially love a spontaneous trip (you can find me browsing Google flights almost every day).

        • My orange cat, Finley! If you follow me on Instagram you’ll see my story is usually a selfie at Fierce45 or a cute picture or video of Finley.

        • Going out to eat! I love trying new restaurants with friends & on date nights. I’ll never say no to sushi or Mediterranean. 


  • Eric, we love that your Fierce journey began being dragged to Ellyse’s practice classes and now you are over 250 classes down and a total Fierce Baddie💪🏼. We all love having you and Ellyse in class and you always show up to class ready to work! Your form is impeccable (naturally 😉) and we have loved getting to have you in classes during the last few months and witness your Fierce transformation firsthand!

    1. How long have you been coming to Fierce45?

      I started coming to fierce when Ellyse (my wife) was becoming a coach in feb 2021 as she was taking her practice classes. I started coming regularly in feb 2022 after I saw some photos of myself after a friends wedding and realized I needed to drop some lbs! 

    2. What is your favorite move on the machine?

      Fierce crunch and awkward skater   

    3. How has Fierce made a positive impact on your life?

      I lost 50 lbs during my first 4 months as a client by taking class 4x per week. The fierce community is very supportive and it’s been a workout that I have enjoyed sticking with. I have also made some really good friends along the way! 

    4. Why do you choose Fierce over another workout?

      I really enjoy the high intensity low impact concept and love that fierce is a full body workout every time, so I don’t feel the need to supplement fierce with any other workouts. I always feel great after leaving class. 

    5. Tell us a fun fact about you!

      I am grossed out by straws. 

  • 😎🖤 june coach of the month: maddy tighe 🖤😎

    This month we are celebrating Maddy Tighe as our June Coach of the month!! Maddy is so invested in Fierce45 and our future and goes out of her way to assist in any way she can. We are so grateful for all that she has brought to our team and can’t believe that it’s not even been a year since she started coaching!! Maddy is a baddie on the mic with her EDM beats and has brought so much energy to the Hilltop mornings.  Thank you, Maddy, for your passion and dedication. We are so grateful for you and love you so much!!

    1. How long have you been teaching at Fierce45?

      I started in September of 2022.

    2. Three words to describe your classes.

      Loud! Lol I love to blast the music. Energetic and fun.

    3. What is your favorite move on the machine?

      I love any hamstring move, especially a hamstring curl off the back of the machine! I also love a seated side twist.

    4. What is your favorite thing about the Fierce45 community?

      I really love everything about it! The people are amazing, clients and coaches, and I am obsessed with the workout.

    5. Why do you love teaching at Fierce45?

      I love all of the relationships I’ve formed with the clients and coaches. I coach pretty early on Monday mornings, and it can be hard to wake up some days haha, but as soon as I walk into the studio my energy skyrockets and it’s the very best way to start my week! I also love how much I’ve learned about body alignment and good form on the machine. It’s helped me uplevel my workouts and understand the importance of making sure everyone is in good form while coaching.  

    6. Tell us a fun fact about you!

      I have the biggest sweet tooth haha I need at least one little sweet treat a day.

    7. Besides Fierce45, what are 3 of your favorite things?

      1. My dog, Gus!

      2. Any outdoor activity, especially in the summer. I love backpacking and camping!

      3. I love a relaxing night in! Making dinner, watching a good movie, and heading to bed early 😊

  • On behalf of the Fierce management team, we would love to feature Frannie as our Client Spotlight for June! Frannie started at Fierce pre-Covid and we are so lucky to have her! It is always great having her in class; we appreciate her kindness toward our coaches and fellow clients (especially all the newbies at Rino 😉). Frannie’s sense of humor and positive energy has a huge impact on all of us and is a great daily reminder of the strength of our community 💛💛💛 Thank you for being such a Fierce badass over the years!! 

    1. How long have you been coming to Fierce45?

      My first class was just before Covid and then I really started coming in earnest in the spring of ’22

    2. What is your favorite move on the machine?

      Impossible choice! Sprinter ranks high, though  

    3. How has Fierce made a positive impact on your life?

      Fierce was initially an integral part of my recovery and PT from a hip surgery; even after I’m back at 100%, I’m still hooked! 

    4. Why do you choose Fierce over another workout?

      The strength; nothing gives a more complete workout and sets you up for physical success for decades to come.

    5. Tell us a fun fact about you!

      I have three big fluffy dogs and for anyone wondering, three is when they become a pack and you may or may not still be the boss.
