🎉 August Coach of the Month: Kristina Davis 🎉

This month we are honored to celebrate a coach that is a true rock star in our Fierce community, Kristina Davis! She is the definition of a team player and we are so appreciative of her selflessness and dedication to the Fierce community! She is the most kind-hearted, level-headed, and down-for-anything person and we are so grateful to have her on the team. We are so lucky to have her on our coaching staff and we could not think of someone more deserving!

  1. How long have you been teaching at Fierce45?

Almost 4 years! I went through coach training Sept '18

  2. What are three words to describe your classes?

    Energizing, Empowering, Connecting

  3. What is your favorite move on the machine?

    Side kneeling sprinter currently!

  4. What is your favorite thing about the Fierce45 community?

The long-term clients that I get to see week to week and hear about their lives, but also getting to meet new first-timers at Fierce and introduce them to this method and machine. Our community of coaches is amazing as well as our entire management team. Everyone is friendly, welcoming, fun, and really just an all-around BADASS.

  5. Why do you love teaching at Fierce45?

I love helping individuals connect with their bodies and get really intentional about movement. So often exercise is done by putting everything you got into making it happen, but when you really get mindful about where you're engaging and the muscle group you're targeting, you really get the maximum benefit. I always hope I can impart some of this in my classes!

  6. Tell us a fun fact about you!

I was a dance minor in college and grew up in the ballet studio! I love movement in all forms but have always been drawn to the performing arts.

  7. Besides Fierce45, what are 3 of your favorite things?

Cats (I have two!), mountains, and a really good cup of coffee
