❄️ December New York FierceFam Spotlight: Isabel Fairbanks ❄️

This month we are excited to feature our first client of the month in New York - Isabel Fairbanks!. We are always excited to see her name in class and she always comes to the studio with a big smile on her face! Isabel is always up for any challenge in class.  Thank you for being such an amazing, positive part of our Fierce community! 

  1. How long have you been coming to Fierce45?

    Since they opened in September. 

  2. Favorite move on the machine?

     Back flying corkscrew

  3. How has Fierce made a positive impact on your life?

    I love Fierce! The teachers are amazing and I always feel energized after every class.

  4. Why do you choose Fierce over another workout?

    Because it is so fun and there is always room for improvement in form and strength. It takes a few classes to get the hang of each position and it is definitely physically challenging, but thinking about form and pace moves my focus away from the physical difficulty.

  5. Tell us a fun fact about you!

    I have a sheepadoodle named Plink!
