  • Jackie truly models a Fierce Client! She is supportive of new coaches, will go to any studio and class time, and consistently shares her love of Fierce with others! She is such a joy in our community! We love seeing her name pop up on class rosters because we know she will come in ready to kick ass and do it with a smile! 

    1. How long have you been coming to Fierce45?

      I first started coming to Fierce in 2016 when I was living in Seattle and Denver and fell absolutely in love with the Fierce45 workout!

    2. Favorite move on the machine?

      My favorite move is a tie. 🤪 I love any and all planks but really love doing plank to pike on zero springs. It makes me feel like a Badass! I equally love all of the squats we do but heavy squats are my jam!! 

    3. How has Fierce made a positive impact on your life?

      I love the little Fierce community and it’s made such a huge impact on my life!! I went through a painful divorce after 28 years and believe Fierce was my therapy. ☺️ It started that I would devote that 45 minutes to just being positive and doing something for me, then it evolved into me coming out of the sadness and feeling better about myself and feeling the love all of you give at fierce. I have brought so many of my friends and family and watched it transform their bodies and minds as well! 

    4. Why do you choose Fierce over another workout?

      I chose Fierce over any other workout because it WORKS! I’m 55 and have never been in better shape!

    5. Tell us a fun fact about you!

      I’ve brought both my dog 🐶 Chesney and my Grandson 👶 Logan to pilates 👶 and I’ve done pilates in 10 other States but nothing compares to Fierce 45 💃🙌

    1. How long have you coming to Fierce45?

      Katie – 6 years! The first class was July 11, 2017 (552 classes strong!)

      Beth – We have been doing Fierce 45 classes for a little over 6 years, I will be hitting the 259 class mark next week

    2. What is your favorite move on the machine?

      Katie – Flying plank to pike

      Beth – My favorite move is the hip bridge, killer on the hamstrings

    3. How has Fierce made a positive impact on your life?

      Katie – Fierce has given my mom and me a place to come together once a week where we can work out and then catch up afterward at dinner. Not only am I physically stronger and more confident in doing hard things, but Fierce has made the bond between my Mom and me stronger which is priceless.

      Beth – Fierce has made many positive impacts on my life- I am so fortunate and blessed to spend time with Katie, I have met so many wonder people, and I have seen quite an improvement in my strength and general fitness level as well as improved balance which then crosses over to improve my biking stamina and my flexibility with my golf game

    4. Why do you choose Fierce over another workout?

      Katie – Because it achieves results. I am noticeably stronger, leaner, and feel better all around. 

      Beth – I choose Fierce as an adjunct to my other workouts because it targets so many muscles to increase strength and endurance.

    5. Tell us a fun fact about you!

      Katie – After our weekly Fierce workouts, my Mom and I have tried 228 different restaurants in the Denver area! 

      Beth – I recently retired from my nursing career which I was fortunate to practice for nearly 50 years!

  • From the entire Fierce45® management team, we want to celebrate Kayla Kimmel all month long by making her our September Coach of the Month! Kayla brings such an amazing 🎶 music 🎶 vibe to LoHi on Sundays and, in general, fills the studio with a positive, fun, and upbeat energy every time she teaches. She always steps up to help her fellow coaches and we are lucky to have her on our Fierce coaching staff.

      1.5 years!!  

    2. What are three words to describe your classes?

      BEATS, BOOTY, BUBBLY…  It’s not brunch but you’ll be ready to after 😂

    3. What is your favorite move on the machine?

      Lately I’ve been loving a carriage floating cable crunch BUT my time fave is 0 white springs carriage lateral lunge for that 🌶️ 🍑! 

    4. What is your favorite thing about the Fierce45 community?

      We show up, as we are, for ourselves and for each other –  knowing that while the goal is to build outer strength we inherently are also training inner strength which builds confidence on and off the machine. I’m inspired every day by our community that is built on this – we are just filled with the most strong, supportive, vibrant, and cheerful humans!! 

    5. Why do you love teaching at Fierce45?

      When I first started taking classes, I found myself back into my mind/body connection, which after years of trying so many workouts was a huge feat! For 45 minutes all I had to do was zone into my body, listen to the coach, and move to the music. I love that I get to guide and inspire others to get to that moment of “machine zen” – It’s just you, the machine, and the music. 

    6. Tell us a fun fact about you!

      I was a collegiate cheerleader at the University of Colorado during my freshman and sophomore years – I still love to cheer on my BUFFS! 💛🦬🖤

    7. Besides Fierce45®, what are 3 of your favorite things? 

      My pup Fran, adventures in my camper van, & mixing BEATs for friends & fam 

  • On behalf of the Fierce management team, we would love to feature Beth Raizman as our Client Spotlight for September! Beth has been the most loyal Fierce Hilltop client for the past couple of years and we enjoy having her in class. She always comes in with the best intentions and a positive attitude even when we have a routine full of planks (her favorite 😉). Beth always has the best transitions and is always a great model for the newbies at Hilltop. We love having her as part of our Hilltop community! 💗

    3. How has Fierce made a positive impact on your life?

    Fierce is so satisfying.  I can feel the various mechanisms in my body firing up and working together.  And it’s challenging AF!

    4. Why do you choose Fierce over another workout?

    I’ve suffered more bodily injuries and ailments than I can count.  When I’m doing Fierce, I don’t feel the perpetual pain nagging in my joints.  And Fierce enables me to enjoy the activities that are important to me, like skiing and keeping up with my two energetic boys.

    5. Tell us a fun fact about you!

    I am a consummate bookworm – I devour novels all day and night.  I often forego sleep because I cannot put down what I’m reading!

  • On behalf of the Fierce management team, we would love to feature Frannie as our Client Spotlight for June! Frannie started at Fierce pre-Covid and we are so lucky to have her! It is always great having her in class; we appreciate her kindness toward our coaches and fellow clients (especially all the newbies at Rino 😉). Frannie’s sense of humor and positive energy has a huge impact on all of us and is a great daily reminder of the strength of our community 💛💛💛 Thank you for being such a Fierce badass over the years!!

      My first class was just before Covid and then I really started coming in earnest in the spring of ’22

    2. What is your favorite move on the machine?

      Impossible choice! Sprinter ranks high, though  

    3. How has Fierce made a positive impact on your life?

      Fierce was initially an integral part of my recovery and PT from a hip surgery; even after I’m back at 100%, I’m still hooked! 

    4. Why do you choose Fierce over another workout?

      The strength; nothing gives a more complete workout and sets you up for physical success for decades to come.

    5. Tell us a fun fact about you!

      I have three big fluffy dogs and for anyone wondering, three is when they become a pack and you may or may not still be the boss.

  • This month we are celebrating Sarah Dominguez as our  May Coach of the Month! We are so grateful for all that Sarah has brought to our team over the past year. She is a baddie on the mic and has brought so much energy to the Rino Studio and our social media. We are so excited for her future in Miami but she will certainly be missed by the entire team and community. Thank you, Sarah, for your passion and dedication to this team and Fierce as a whole. We are so grateful for you and love you so much!!

    1. How long have you been teaching at Fierce45?

      Almost 4 years! Since the summer of 2019.

    2. Three words to describe your classes.

      spicy, GLUTES, hype-music (kinda forced that last one but please just give it to me haha)

    3. What is your favorite move on the machine?

      Bungeeeeeee!! Really anything booty work that makes me question my life’s choices when I’m in it.

    4. What is your favorite thing about the Fierce45 community?

      The authenticity. Whether I’m coaching or just a client taking class, this is the first community I have been a part of where I feel not only completely comfortable but empowered to show up as myself, good or bad, because I know everyone else will do the same and the unconditional support will be there either way. 

    5. Why do you love teaching at Fierce45?

      I love being on aux. Just kidding! (kinda 😉) Honestly, I love the method, I love the more personal, intimate, small group interactions, and I love my coworkers. 

    6. Tell us a fun fact about you!

      Hmmm, fun?? I can juggle, I recently found out that is fun. I went to my first Fierce class ever with my mom because I was scared to go alone, maybe that’s not so fun. I’m a Gemini lol

    7. Besides Fierce45, what are 3 of your favorite things?

      I love to lounge, I love to send unhinged voice notes, and I love love love a frozen drink. 

  • On behalf of the Fierce management team, we would love to feature our resident Hilltop baddie Anya Zlotnikov as our Client Spotlight for May! Anya’s energy, commitment, and the overall badass vibe that she embodies do not go unnoticed and we couldn’t be more excited to celebrate her. We are thankful for Anya for always showing up to work, letting coaches use her as a model during class, doing bungee when we know she doesn’t want to, and the list goes on! Congratulations congratulations congratulations from all of us. 🎉

    1. How long have you been coming to Fierce45?

      I started my two-week trial end of 2020 but got really addicted in mid-2021! 

    2. What is your Favorite move on the machine?

      It’s hard to pick just one. I love them all – besides any variation of a bungee, which I tend to be pretty vocal about! 

    3. How has Fierce made a positive impact on your life?

      Besides giving me sick oblique definition, it’s pushed me out of my comfort zone! It’s given me new friendships and put me in a really good place with my physical and mental health! 

    4. Why do you choose Fierce over another workout?

      I have 45 minutes of me time! I feel when I walk through those doors I can really be myself, I can jam out to a dope playlist, I can feel successful in doing some really hard shit and come out of it smiling – which I never felt I achieved in a regular gym! 

    5. Tell us a fun fact about you!

      I’m originally from Belarus and am a die-hard plant and dog mama! 

  • We are excited to celebrate Hilltop Coach Jenn Ohleiser as our April Coach of the Month! It is clear how much Hilltop clients love Jenn as much as we do as they are always raving about her. Other coaches and managers love having her in class and she goes above and beyond to help new clients and coaches. Her routines are hard AF and her playlists are lit! 🔥🔥 Thank you Jenn for being so dedicated to our Fierce community and know how lucky we feel to have you on our Fierce coaching staff!

      Challenging, fun, and rewarding

    3. What is your favorite move on the machine?

      I love center core moves but lately, I’ve been loving a classic heavy platform lunge!

    4. What is your favorite thing about the Fierce45 community?

      My favorite thing is the friendships I’ve formed at Fierce! I joined to get in a good workout and had no idea I’d be meeting some amazing friends along the way. Everyone truly supports each other on and off of the machine.

    5. Why do you love teaching at Fierce45?

      I originally started coaching to challenge myself. It was scary to even think about getting on the mic! So teaching at Fierce has allowed me to overcome that, get out of my comfort zone, and gain confidence. Bonus: I love playlisting and getting to play my favorite music!

    6. Tell us a fun fact about you!

      I’ve never broken a bone but I only have one kidney!

    7. Besides Fierce45, what are 3 of your favorite things?

      My cat Winston, sparkling rosé, and live music

  • On behalf of the Fierce management team, we would love to feature Wash Park Member Brittney Griffin as our Client Spotlight for April! It feels like yesterday when she started at Fierce (in reality it was back in September) and we are so thrilled we were just able to help Brittney celebrate 100 classes! 🎉🎉🎉 She has become such a staple at the Wash Park Studio and it has been such a joy celebrating all the exciting things happening in her life – engagement, new puppy, and now wedding planning! Brittney always shows up with bright energy and puts her best effort forward. We all adore her and thank her for all that she brings to the Fierce Community 🖤 

    1. How long have you been coming to Fierce45?

      I started Fierce45 in September of 2022! Had I known I was going to love it so much, I would’ve started years ago! 

    2. what is your Favorite move on the machine?

      Close tie between carriage lunge and sprinter! I love that in addition to your legs, you are working on your core and balance. 

    3. How has Fierce made a positive impact on your life?

      Outside of the physical benefits, I love that it has assisted in carving out “me time” several days a week. The 45 minutes in class is such a gift to escape from all of the work chaos and just let my mind relax and enjoy the present time. 

    4. Why do you choose Fierce over another workout?

      Growing up as a dancer, Pilates works many of the same muscles that my body grew up utilizing. Not many HIIT or cardio workouts exercise those same muscles. In addition, running was getting hard on my knees so I wanted to find something that would alleviate that hard impact.  

    5. Tell us a fun fact about you!

      I have the two cutest mini (5-pound) Shih Tzus named Boss and Lambeau. Also, I will be marrying my wonderful fiancé in October of this year here in Denver!

  • This month we are celebrating Ryann Deering as our March Coach of the Month! Ryann has such a vibrant presence and we all love her energy. She teaches a well-thought-out class with amps/mods that make everyone feel successful and supported. We love her humor and appreciate how fun she makes her classes! We are ☘ lucky ☘ to have Ryann on our Fierce coaching staff and be sure to check out her class this month!

      For about 6 months now! The time has flown by. 

    2. Three words to describe your classes. 

      Challenging, energetic, encouraging 

    3. What is your favorite move on the machine? 

      I love heavy obliques and heavy core, it’s hard to choose just one but I’ll go with twisted heavy cable crunch. I also love a plank to tabletop and hero. Have I emphasized enough how much I love core? 😂

    4. What is your favorite thing about the Fierce45 community? 

      When I moved to Denver from DC end of December 2021, I didn’t know anyone here. A cursory google search of “best reformer Pilates studio in Denver” led me to the Fierce LoHi studio (conveniently ten minutes walking distance from my new home). I started coming to Fierce and quickly found community and friendships which have only been amplified since going through coach training and teaching classes. The fierce community to me means friendship and I really love the incredible women I’ve met through Fierce, both clients and coaches, whom I’m fortunate to call my friends. 

    5. Why do you love teaching at Fierce45? 

      I love teaching at Fierce45 because I love encouraging clients, building relationships with them, and watching them challenge themselves. Nothing fills my cup like a client saying “thanks for a great class,” or “that was hard but fun!” I especially love seeing the same clients week after week in my classes. I also love that Fierce provides the space for each coach to shine as an individual so that we can bring our distinct energy and personality to the studio. I truly believe there’s a Fierce coach for every client. 

    6. Tell us a fun fact about you! 

      I’ve travelled to 40 countries, I can speak Russian and German and I completed 4 triathlons by the time I was 12 but you will not catch me running anymore EVER with these knees. 😂

    7. Besides Fierce45, what are 3 of your favorite things? 

      I love walking my dog while devouring audio books. I love cooking with a glass of Italian wine in hand. And I love traveling to new places with my husband.
