As a Fierce45 Front DESK ASSOCIATE, YOU WILL BE THE FIRST to welcome clients into our fierce community. You will bring a positive and community-focused attitude to provide outstanding administrative, client sales, and team member support. This is a part-time, hourly position that will vary based on business need and individual studio schedules. You will create an authentic connection with each client before and after class, as well as celebrate both Fierce and personal milestones to further strengthen our community. As the face of Fierce45, THIS POSITION PLAYS A KEY ROLE IN ensuring a positive client experience; knowing you could be the person to TURN their day AROUND EACH TIME THEY STEP INTO THE STUDIO.
job purpose, duties, and expectations:
- Client Experience & Community Engagement – serve as the first point of contact, creating a welcoming environment aligned with Fierce45’s values. Guide new clients through their trial period, communicate policies and membership options, and drive conversions.
- Operations & Communication – manage client communications and transactions using Mariana Tek and LoyalSnap. Oversee class rosters, waitlists, check-ins, and assist with cancellations or emergencies.
- Issue Resolution & Studio Support – proactively address client concerns and resolve reservation or membership issues. Communicate with the Studio Manager and follow established protocols.
- Studio Upkeep & Retail – support daily cleaning, machine maintenance, and opening/closing duties. Promote retail sales and maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Team Participation – attend trainings, company meetings, and provide shift coverage as needed across studios.


required skills and abilities:
- Ability to work approximately 10 – 29 hours per week with a variable schedule including early mornings or evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Outgoing, positive demeanor with the ability to adapt in various client-facing interactions
- Ability to anticipate client needs and proactively troubleshoot issues before they arise
- Previous retail or sales experience strongly preferred
- Ability to sit and stand for long durations of time
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds

compensation & benefits:
- This is a part-time, non-exempt, hourly position
- Starting pay is $19 per hour. Actual compensation may vary based upon experience and/or skill level
