I’m Sydney (like Australia)! Born and raised right here in Denver, I’m a proud Colorado native who loves spending time with my family, on adventures, or at school finishing my finance degree at DU. I joined the Fierce coaching team in August of 2023. My favorite move on the FierceFormer® is the kneeling outer thigh pull — not only is it a booty burner, but the results are chef’s kiss. I had open-heart surgery as a kid—it’s a big part of why I’m so dedicated to living fiercely and helping others do the same!
