I was lucky enough to grow up in beautiful Bend, Oregon and when I’m not working or coaching you can almost always catch me outside either skiing, mountain biking, or rock climbing. And my dog ghost is always nearby. 🐶 I’ve been a coach at Fierce since February 2022. My favorite move is a heavy kneeling platform press because it makes me feel strong. 💪 If I’m not doing Fierce my workout of choice is boxing.
