Ten years ago, I made the move from Houston to Denver and fell in love with everything Colorado has to offer. When I’m not hitting the gym or taking Fierce classes, you’ll find me exploring the great outdoors or spending quality time with my boyfriend Josh, and our dog, Theo. I have been coaching since November of 2021! 4 years this fall. My favorite move on the FierceFormer® is a Skater! It took me a while to master it, but now it is one of my favorite moves and I feel the shakes every time! I was a competitive elite gymnast throughout my childhood and was on the same team for several years with Simone Biles! My claim to fame 🤪
